How do I renew My CNA license in Alabama?

Contact the Alabama State CNA Registry online or through the US Mail. Fill out the Nurse Aide Registry Renewal Form – the 1st part giving personal details and 2nd section to be filled out by one’s past or current health care employer.

How long is my Alabama CNA license valid?

Your Alabama CNA License is valid for two years from date of last license renewal. If you become inactive and are removed from the State CNA Registry, you will be charged a fee.
