How long is my Arizona CNA license valid?
Your CNA license is valid for one year from the date issued. It will remain valid as long as you provide proof of employment as a nurse and pay a small administrative fee.
How much is Arizona CNA license renewal?
You only need to pay a $2.00 convenience fee to be kept on the active nursing registry as long as you are current. If inactive, you will be charged $10 per year for each year you have been inactive since your last licensure. The actual paper document is OPTIONAL to carry in this state. If you request a paper, laminated copy of your CNA license, the fee is $50.00.
