You need to contact the Kentucky Board of Nursing. It is also important that you need to renew your license within 30 days of expiration or you will need to retake the CNA certification exam.
Your Kentucky CNA License only needs to be renewed every two years as long as you can provide documentation of having worked at least 8 hours as a professional nurse assistant in the last 24 months.
Kentucky no longer charges a fee for CNA license renewal.
