How do I renew My CNA license in Michigan?

The State of Michigan follows the Federal Rules and Regulations that govern the nurse aide profession. You have to renew your registry document every two years and document at least 8 hours of work experience within the past 24 months.

It is valid two years from the last date of renewal.

How much is Michigan CNA license renewal?

Failure to renew within the allotted time will cause you to retake all or part of the nursing entrance exam. If you are retesting for the clinical skills portion, the cost is $119.00. If you are retesting for the knowledge portion, there is a $45.50 fee.
