How do I renew My CNA license in Rhode Island?

You need to contact the state CNA registry online or through the US Mail. You can also renew online.

How long is my Rhode Island CNA license valid?

Your license is valid for 24 months from the date that your last license was issued. If you should happen to become inactive (24 months without official employment as a CNA), you will need to retake the certification test.

How much is Rhode Island CNA license renewal?

The fee to renew your CNA license is $40.00 as long as you are listed as active (you have provided your proof of CNA employment) on the state CNA Registry.
