You will receive a mailer 2-3 months before your license expires. You may either renew via US Mail or online at Utah's Online Licensing Renewal System.
How long is my Utah CNA license valid?
Your CNA License is good for 24 months from the date your currebt CNA license was issued.
How much is Utah CNA license renewal?
There is no fee to renew your Utah CNA license. You will be charged a $10.00 fee for late renewal (over 60 days expired).
