Practical Nursing Certificate is an exit option of the AAS program and may be completed within 3 semesters of admission into the program
Following successful completion of the 2 first semesters of the associate degree in nursing, students desiring to earn a Practical Nurse certificate take a summer semester course. Students are also eligible after the 3rd semester.
Graduates are eligible to seek licensure as a Practical Nurse.
