LPN Program Details

Blue Hills Regional Technical School can offer you a superb education that leads to a rewarding career in nursing. Our Practical Nursing Program is offered to post-secondary adults on a full-time basis for a 40-week period from September to June, Monday through Friday from 7:50 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Clinical hours may vary to accommodate clinical agency availability.

The Practical Nursing Program at Blue Hills Regional offers a rigorous educational experience of theory and clinical practice which will prepare graduates of the program to take the NCLEX-PN (National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nursing). The faculty strives to provide the proper teaching tools, a good teaching and learning environment and the supportive services needed to make students’ learning time and efforts productive.

Our graduates are self-confident and well prepared. They are leaders in the healthcare community. We are proud of our outstanding placement rate. Students are prepared for an exciting job or the option to pursue further education upon successful completion of this program. Our graduates may apply for admission with advanced placement into many Registered Nursing programs.
