ADN Program Details

Registered nurses have many opportunities to specialize and to pursue higher degrees for clinical practice, teaching, and administration. The Central Arizona College Nursing Program focuses on a direct, hands-on approach to learning. We offer an outstanding student to instructor ratio of 32/1 for all lecture classes and an average of 10/1 for all clinical experiences. With this, we couple state of the art simulators and virtual classrooms. The CAC Nursing Program is dedicated to being the leader of nursing education in central Arizona.

Our program is a multiple-exit program, which allows qualified students to take the practical nursing licensing exam (NCLEX-PN) after completing the first 2 blocks of the program. Students who continue and complete the program with an Associate of Applied Science-Nursing degree may take the registered nurse licensing exam (NCLEX-RN) to become a registered nurse.
