The Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing is one of the largest and most prestigious nursing programs in the country. The School of Nursing is located on the Brookdale Campus of Hunter College, 425 East 25th Street at 1st Avenue adjacent to The VA Hospital, Bellevue Hospital and NYU Medical Center. The undergraduate program of study combines liberal arts and professional education with a humanistic and comprehensive approach to heath care, leading to a Bachelor of Science degree. Admission to the program occurs in both Fall and Spring semesters, and part-time study is available. The undergraduate program also provides a foundation for graduate study at the Master’s level, which is offered at the Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing.
The RN to BSN consists of two parts:
Lower Division (liberal arts and general education requirements)
Upper Division (professional nursing education)

The Accelerated Second-Degree pathway (A2DP) is for students who have earned non-nursing baccalaureate degrees. It is a 50 credit program based on the existing generic baccalaureate program but organized so as to be completed by adult learners over 14 months of full-time study.
