Inlet Grove Community High School is the only high school in Palm Beach County where students can become a Licensed Practical Nurse upon graduation. Our students not only receive classroom instructions, but also have the opportunity to demonstrate a mastery of skills in a comprehensive nursing skills laboratory, as well as practice direct patient care in hospital and community settings, under the guidance of clinically expert faculty.
Admission Criteria: Students must maintain a "B" average in career courses and apply for admission to specialty area prior to completing prerequisites. During students' junior and senior years, they are required to demonstrate accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a variety of healthcare settings under the direct supervision of clinical instructors.
