ADN Program Details
The Registered Nursing program at MSJC requires four semesters of study after completion of the prerequisite courses. The program is accredited by the California State Board of Registered Nursing (BRN). Graduates are eligible to take the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX). Our program completion rates are consistently above the state and national average.
Many graduates of our Registered Nursing program choose to continue their education and pursue higher degrees. MSJC offers a range of course work to prepare students to transfer to four-year colleges and universities. All four-year institutions prescribe their own standards for course evaluation and admissions. Prospective transfer students are advised to review the MSJC catalog with a counselor to determine which MSJC courses are transferable.
