LPN Program Details

Enrollment is OPEN on a first-come, first-serve basis to students meeting all initial pre requisites. For foreign students, please be mindful that the transcript equivalency and/or verification process can take some time so it is best to start this as soon as possible.

Upon successfully completing the pre-requisites listed below, applicants will also need to provide copies of current immunizations and health records, by the first day of class. Applicants will be evaluated for admission based on all stated criteria.

The current pre-requisites for enrollment are:

-Pre-test

-18 years old and above

U.S. High School Diploma. or::

-U.S. High School Transcript, showing graduation date or diploma.
-Transcript from a U.S. college or university showing an advanced degree such as AD, BS, or MS.
-GED Equivalency Certificate or verification of a foreign high school or college diploma by a U.S. Verification of Foreign Education service (start as soon as possible).

-C.N.A. (certification must be current) Nightingale Nursing offers a C.N.A. course. For more information, call the main number listed on the Contact page.

-Copy of Current CPR Card (for Healthcare Personnel; Adult, Child, Infant)

-Anatomy and Physiology with "C" grade or better from a post-secondary, accredited institution (Please call us regarding this class.)
