The Associate Degree program prepares students as registered nurses able to assist individuals with self-care deficits associated with common recurring health problems. This program has two tracks: one for individuals without prior nursing experience and one for qualified licensed practical nurses (LPNs). The traditional track can be completed in two academic years and a Summer session. Qualified LPNs can complete the nursing course in two semsters and one Summer session. Upon graduation from the pre-licensure programs, individuals are eligible to take the National Coucil Licensing Examination (NCLEX-RN) for Registered Nurses.
