BSN Program Details

The nursing profession requires well-educated, highly skilled, and compassionate people to save lives. This 4-year entry-level degree program provides you with a broad base in liberal arts and sciences as well as a wide range of professional skills and techniques. If you wish to achieve leadership positions in the nursing profession such as nurse practitioners, nursing administrators, or nurse educators, then this is the right program for you.

Four of our distinguished faculty are Fellows in the American Academy of Nursing; there are only 1,500 members throughout the world. You will work closely with nursing faculty members, and participate in clinical experiences in groups of 8-10 students per faculty member in health care settings throughout the region.

Our Learning Resource Center offers you a rich variety of resources including clinical assessment and skills practice and access to computer software for clinical skills, critical thinking, clinical decision making, supervision and delegation, and NCLEX-RN study and preparation. The Center for Nursing Research, Clinical Practice and International Affairs offers you multiple opportunities for scholarships and grants throughout your nursing education.

Doctor of Nursing Practice Program Details

The Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program at Pace University is grounded in more than 35 years of expertise of the Lienhard School of Nursing in educating primary care advanced practice family nurse practitioners (FNPs). The DNP program prepares advanced practice nurses to provide dynamic clinical leadership through culturally competent, evidence based practices and clinical innovations directed at improving health care quality.
