BSN Program Details
Tarleton State University offers a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN). Upon successful completion of program requirements, a graduate is eligible to take the NCLEX-RN and apply for licensure as a registered nurse. Distinguishing features of this innovative multiple-entry program include:
-courses for generic students
-offering a set of transition courses for program entry for LVN to BSN student
-offering courses in the final semester of the program in which students synthesize and validate concepts presented in prior course work
-ability to work consecutive 12 hour shift prior to graduation
The Degree has two possible program entry point options (Generic to BSN and LVN to BSN).
